Description

Program Details:

• This is an INDOOR program
• Games will be on Saturday evenings
• Rim/basket is regulation height or 10'
• Make sure to bring plenty of water for your players to stay hydrated.  No other food or drink in allowed in the gym, i.e. Gatorade, or other sports drinks, per school policy.

League Format:

• League is coed for ages 18 or older.
• Registration for entire teams ONLY; up to 4 teams (max 7 players per team).
• Registration for up to 4 teams (max 7 players per team)

League Rules:

• If team(s) are short players, i.e. less than 4, the game will result in a forfeit (loss) by the team short players, and game will be played as a scrimmage. Teams will be allowed to mix players during scrimmage.
• All games will be played with four 8 minute quarters. It will be a running clock; no stoppage for violations, e.g. fouls, traveling, or out of bounds, EXCEPT in the final 2 minutes of each half.
• All violations will be called by the referee.  All calls are final, no reviews or replay.
• In the event of a tie at the end of regulation (32 minutes), teams will play a 5 minute OT period. If still tied at the end of this period, the game will result in a draw officially.
• At the end of the evening, all teams MUST meet at center court for handshakes and break.
